We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join usas an equity cofounder at Launch Legends (over 3.5 years in development already) a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform (Testnet launching in September) and WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over three years. We are gearing up to launch:
- Autheo:Our Layer1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.
- GO WFO:The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.
These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.
Future Compensation Plans
While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale anticiipated in January we plan to introduce salaried compensation to supplement equity and tokens.
THE ROLE: SENIOR SMART CONTACTDEVELOPER
Were seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with a deep understanding of Golang and the Cosmos SDK to join our team as a parttime CoFounder. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced seasoned cofounders who have spearheaded numerous successful national and international ventures. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in building and evolving our revolutionary blockchainpowered platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Development:Develop Smart Contracts for our Layer1 blockchain (Cosmos) using CosmWasm and Rust.
- Software Architecture Development:Lead design and development (Cosmos SDK) for Cosmos blockchain netowrk and ecosystem for ablockchain on the Cosmos SDK Testnet Launching in September
- Development:Work with the team to create innovative thirdparty services that integrate with the blockchain expanding its core capabilities.
- Feature Ideation:Conceptualize and implement groundbreaking features striking a balance between exceptional user experience and technical sophistication.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven Experience:Minimum of 4 years of handson experience working with smart contracts.
- Proven Experience:Minimum of 5 years of handson experience working with blockchain technologies.
- Cosmos Expertise:At least 2 years of indepth development experience using the Cosmos SDK and Layer 1.
- CosmWasm and Rust: At least 2 years experience working with either CosmWasm or Rust.
- Golang Mastery:2 or more years of professional development experience with fullstack programming especiallyGolang and Microservices.
- Blockchain Track Record:Demonstrable experience with the complete blockchain development lifecycle including at least one project deployed in production (testnet or mainnet).
Compensation:
- Equitybased compensation as a parttime cofounder
- Ample Token allocations in the Autheo Layer1 Blockchain
- Once raise funding salary will be there.
