Job Description:
- Support daytoday operations of in Office 365 Configure administer secure and troubleshoot Office 365 tenant mail routing and configurations
- Discover AD/Exchange/Exchange Online/Security setting/configurations and prepare discovery report.
- Capture and document the Risk & Dependency for each AD/Exchange/Exchange Online/Security elements in the environment.
- Monitor Configure & administer on Office 365 Tools and Technology like email OneDrive Mail Routing SMTP email security DLP SharePoint Online Teams Teams Phone Teams Rooms Call Center Telephony Apps and Create PowerShell and utility scripts to automate repetitive tasks where possible.
- Responsibilities involve managing ediscovery Proofpoint email relay certificates Defender for Office 365 Active Directory MFA encryption malware phishing etc. and providing technical guidance.
- Research resolve and respond to questions received via telephone calls email and tickets in a timely manner in accordance with standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as HighLevel Design (HLD) and LowLevel Design (LLD) of system and application configurations and changes.
