We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team responsible for bridging the gap between clients and our IT solutions. This role involves understanding client business processes managing relationships and ensuring that our technology meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand clients business processes for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong multilevel relationships with clients.
Provide support for existing applications prioritize new issues and collaborate with clients on IT resource allocation.
Collaborate with a team of Business Analysts and IT professionals both onsite and remotely under the Project Managers guidance.
Act as the primary contact for clients ensuring clear and effective communication.
Document and prioritize solution requirements aligned with technical and business feasibility; oversee acceptance testing.
Lead consultations with clients and guide crossfunctional teams in addressing business or systems challenges.
Qualifications:
BA/BSc in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry; 2 years in Capital Markets (savings & investment) or Basel II is a plus. (banking law for financial institution)
Proficient in enduser support business requirements analysis functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Strong communication skillswritten verbal and presentationalong with analytical and project management capabilities.
Understanding of how technology solutions can meet business needs.
Experience with data modeling rapid application development or process reengineering is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with largescale projects and banking/financial software applications is preferred.
