Key Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive the growth of the LAP portfolio
in TN in line with company objectives and targets
Lead and manage a team of LAP sales professionals providing guidance coaching and support
to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers channel
partners developers and industry associations to enhance brand visibility and drive business
growth
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities trends and competitive threats to ensure the
company remains at the forefront of the LAP market in AP Drive product innovation and process
improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the LAP business operations
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) sales metrics and market trends to
evaluate the effectiveness of the LAP business strategy and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements company policies and risk management
guidelines across all LAP business activities
Experience:
Preferably from NBFC Sector
Past work experience in NBFC Effective team management skill Relationship oriented
Good Knowledge of Banking & Operations
The Incumbent should have handled large team and drive LAP performance in the past
