Lead Consultant experience level Techstack: Postgresql MongoDB MSSQL Airflow
Administer maintain and optimize PostgreSQL MongoDB and MSSQL databases to ensure high performance availability and security.
Lead and manage database migration projects including data migration schema migration and application migration ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Work closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to provide expert consultation on database strategies solutions and innovations.
Performance Tuning: Monitor database performance and proactively tune databases to optimize performance and scalability.
Backup & Recovery: Develop and implement robust backup recovery and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Ensure database security by implementing and maintaining access controls encryption and other security measures.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for database configurations processes and procedures.
Work closely with development operations and support teams to ensure seamless database integration and operation across all environments.
Utilize and recommend database migration tools and technologies to streamline the migration process and ensure successful project delivery.
Good to have know about streaming solution(Kafka) and able to integrate database DWH with the streaming solutions
