Backup and Restoration
Connectivity Configuration and troubleshooting
Managing security
Maintenance of databasesReindexing and update statistics
Basic knowledge about DB
Basic Knowledge about managing performance Issues
Knowledge about Log shipping Always On
TSQL knowledge
SSIS/DTS
DMVs/DBCC commands
Clustering Architecture
Locking and Blocking.
