Job Location : Mohali Gurgaon Indore
Job Mode : Work from office Only
Shift TIming : Rotational Shifts
Working Day: 5 or 5.5 days a week.
Salary : RsPer Month ( Annual)

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone email and chat.
Eligibility
* Any under graduate and graduate both can apply.
* Fresher and experienced both can apply.
* Strong understanding of Adobe software products and tools
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Interview Process
1. HR round
2. V&A (only A & B scores accepted)
3. Operations round
4. Versantvoice (threshold 62)
5. Versantwritten (threshold 62)
