Job Objective:

We are looking for a supply chain professional who is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire import and export process from preparing necessary documentation to coordinating logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & verify all import/export documentation including invoices shipping documents and customs declaration.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations such as customs laws.
• Manage any tariff duties duty remission & duty exemption scheme (Advance authorization DBK RODTEP etc.)
• Coordinate with suppliers freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
• Maintain communication with customs officials and port authorities for smooth cargo clearance.
• Manage and monitor shipments to ensure goods are shipped and delivered on time.
• Identify opportunities to reduce import/export costs and negotiate with vendors for favorable terms.
• Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities costs and timelines.
• Generate reports on import/export metrics and performance
• Work closely with the internal sales finance and warehouse to ensure that all import/export activities align with company objectives.

Job Specification & Skill:

Graduate in any field (preferred degree in Business Administration international trade logistics or SCM).
2 years in Import/Export Warehouse or Supply Chain Management.
Strong knowledge of import/export regulations & documentation.
Knowledge of the warehousing process.
Familiarity with international shipping procedures Incoterms and logistics management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Problemsolving abilities and strong attention to detail.
