Shift: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST

What You ll Be Doing: Responsibilities
- Lead lighting installation projects from planning to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
- Monitor progress mitigate risks and address any issues that arise during projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (engineering procurement) contractors clients and senior management in both English and Spanish.
- Track and report project progress ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders providing regular updates in English and Spanish.
- Oversee quality control processes ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards.
Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs and Excel for project management and reporting.
- 1 3 years of experience in project management ideally in the construction electrical or lighting industry.
- High level of knowledge of lighting systems electrical work and construction processes.
- Previous experience in the lighting construction or electrical industries.
