JD:
Exp8 Years
Experience working in an agile environment

Demonstrated competency to deliver business outcomes of the various initiatives

Release planning and coordination across participating squads/tribes

Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs and technology domain

Coordinate and/or execute moderate to complex predeployment activities EG: code scan vulnerability scan and Pen testing etc

Coordinate and/or execute moderate to complex deployment activities into production EG: Code deployment

Ability to improve on existing processes to allow for improved delivery by influencing squad engineering practices

Be able to apply engineering principles and tools to effectively provision and coordinate complex interdependencies

Ability to develop and agree value for change initiatives and track value through execution

Creates updates and closes all associated Change Request and Release Records

Ensures all inputs for Change Requests and Release Records are provided by squads and supporting teams

Analyzes and manages dependencies from external systems making related and supporting changes

Coordinates release record review with enablers

Follows up on outstanding items and approvals for Change Requests and Release Records

Finalizes details of components for deployment

Compiles Runsheet and organizes review with stakeholders

Coordinates implementation activities for release

Escalates issues to Release Train Engineer
