You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Principal Data & AI Release Train Engineer (reporting to the Director Architecture Platform & DevOps) you will drive the overall delivery performance of an exciting portfolio of Data & AI platform products for Global Supply Chain Data & AI
Working with Business Leaders Data & AI Product Management Third Parties and other key roles with Tech and Business organizations you will own the overall planning and coordination of the Architecture Platform & DevOps Data & AI portfolio leading quarterly planning events and weektoweek delivery tracking. You will drive improvements in Product Team waysofworking optimizing the release of features and ultimately the flow of value. You will work crossfunctionally with partners groups to ensure risks and dependencies are well managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Collaborate with the Product Owners and Product Managers to craft a product strategy and define a feature backlog.
Prioritize features and functionalities based on business value and customer needs.
Leading planning and coordination across the portfolio running quarterly PI planning process and ongoing tracking of progress of committed deliverables and performance against key metrics
Leading and driving portfoliolevel strategic initiatives such as strategic partner reviews and operating model design & transformations.
Demand & Value Management
Overseeing key portfoliowide processes including demand and value management
Drive continuous improvement in the Portfolio accelerating delivery of features and flow of value using Agile Lean and DevSecOps practices
Team Communication & Stakeholder Management
Standardizing waysofworking across teams to create consistent patterns drive synergies and ensure clear roles & responsibilities repeatable processes and reusable templates
Facilitating communication between delivery groups within Portfolio and with dependent teams
Providing guidance direction and coaching to teams to improve Agile waysofworking and lean thinking
Required Skills:
A highly motivated collaborative individual with technology experience exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects business users and technology teams on all phases of the software development life cycle. Qualifications include:
10 to 14years of overall experience in IT
Experience across all phases of software development including design configuration testing debugging implementation and support of largescale businesscentric and processbased applications.
Proven capability to drive continuous improvement in Product Management & Agile waysofworking though maturity assessment coaching customercentric design Communities of Practice etc.
Expertise in demand intake planning and management ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and available capability/capacity.
Ability to communicate and engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders across different organizational levels.
Ability to effectively translate requirements for data and analytics as part of effort assessment and estimation for new demand
Awareness of regulatory expectations regarding data integrity and use of software for regulated business processes
Ability to effectively manage work in tools such as Aha! JIRA and ADO
Required/ preferred certifications:
Candidates with following desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
Certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC)
Experience in managing Data & AI products projects and programs
