Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in release management change management or related roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams
- Proficiency in release management tools and version control systems
- Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Proactive attitude and commitment to achieving results
