Job Title: Salesforce QA Tester

- Develop and execute test strategies test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce customizations configurations and integrations.
- Identify document and track software defects to resolution using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality software releases.
- Automate test cases using tools like Selenium for efficient regression testing.
- Provide guidance and support to junior QA team members.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new testing methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 68 years of experience in Salesforce QA testing.
- Proficiency in creating test strategies test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce customizations configurations and integrations.
- Experience in using Jira or similar tools for defect tracking.
- Automation testing experience with tools like Selenium.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Salesforce certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
