Job Description
Saint Joseph is seeking a Urologist to assist with ongoing 24 hour Hospital call coverage!
Urgent dates needed:
Dec 30th and 31st
Provider/s will be added to the current pool for ongoing shifts. They currently have a need of 24/7 coverage starting in January 2025.
- 24 hour call coverage
- Adults only
- 25 ppd
- EMR: EPIC
- General Urology procedures required
- Willing to pay for full travel

Requirement description :
- BC or BE within 5 years of residency Required
- IN license at the time of submission Required
- ACLS Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Indiana
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : As scheduled
On Call Requirements : 24 hour call
