Engagement: Contract (ongoing) 3 days/week minimum
Rate: 100 Euro/day
Background
Lithe Transformation (thinklithe.com) is a boutique agile and digital business transformation consultancy. We are based in the UK but with a reach across Europe and the Middle East/GCC region. We are a company that is scaling growing our permanent headcount from 11 to circa 22 over the past 12 months. We offer agile and digital transformation support to companies ranging from startups through to multinational multibillion dollar operations. Although we are marketagnostic our largest footprints are in the banking/finance and government sectors. Our model is both working directly with companies on their transformations and also partnering with larger consultancies providing agile expertise for their client engagements.
We also operate a separate recruitment practice Lithe People which offers stateoftheart talent solutions in a number of different markets.
We are looking to hire a Client Acquisition Executive with a digital marketing background. This is an entry or juniorlevel position ideal for an ambitious and qualified specialist to make a big impact in a growing company. The role is initially parttime although the plan is to make it a fulltime position as need increases with business levels.
Duties and responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to support the company owners and Chief Revenue Officer in their acquisition of new clients and business for the consultancy.
Work directly with the partners at Lithe providing digital marketing expertise and solutions in client acquisition activities (lead generation and activation)
Social media management and brand design/promotion and social media automation (both primarily on LinkedIn)
Producing and analysing Marketing insights and building roadmaps with actions
Producing marketing materials digital design copy writing editing building and maintaining templates and coordinating with external agencies and individuals.
Running direct digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation or activation and response handling
Setting up and coordinating sales calls for the partners and business development team.
Working closely with the head of business development (CRO) on campaigns targeted at specific companies/organisations.
Researching and Identifying potential leads based on the service offerings e.g. key industry leaders influencers and decisionmakers and helping to improve marketing and business development content around services
Carrying out initial online client meetings as required qualifying potential leads.
Manage and administer all SaaS tools used by the company coordinate help and lead SaaS migrations and updates etc.
Organise promote and host recurring online events (webinars seminars workshops) on social media (e.g. Linkedin live) with various speakers deeply understand the content prepare events and follow up articles and proactively support setting up new ones.
The above list notwithstanding the successful candidate may also be required to carry out other tasks associated with a digital marketing role as required by the company
Required experience qualifications and attitudes
EITHER a good degree (UK equivalent level 2:1 or above) in a marketingrelated field OR at least 1 year postgraduate experience in a similar role. (Ideally both!)
Running outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and organising this manually and through automation tools
Directly liaising with clients and potential clients
Using data to recommend action to Csuite
Working is a salesdriven environment
Experience of the following technologies (or similar): Excel Google suite Canva (to produce materials) Dripify (to run outreach campaigns) Salesforce Rocketreach (web ser) Zapier (to perform integrations) ChatGPT and Gemini (AI) other common sales and marketing tools.
Complete fluency in both written and spoken English
Culturally aware
The ability to work remotely involves being able to work both independently and collaboratively. At times you will be required to make your own decisions but at all times you will be working as part of a team with everyone at Lithe who has Business Development responsibilities
While the role can be carried out remotely from anywhere it is anticipated that the successful candidate will be based in a location to support the business growth in both the UK/western Europe and also the Gulf region (e.g. Eastern Europe Turkey southern Caucasian states such as Georgia Armenia etc). In any case the successful candidate will be expected to work similar hours to the rest of the business (ideally UK time yet CET hours is also acceptable).
Useful/advantageous skills experience
The following skills/experience is not required but would be very useful to Lithe and would add considerably to your application:
Any competence in Arabic
Knowledge of any scripting language (eg Python Perl TCL JS Google Script)
Experience in direct sales
Knowledge of agile ways of working and their advantages
Knowledge or experience in banking/finance/insurance/defence
Experience of working with companies and executives in the Gulf region
Interview process
The initial interview will be with our Head of People (or a recruiter in his team). There will then be a meeting with partners individually (and possibly the CRO) and a decision will be made from there. All meetings will be online.
Education
Batchelor degree in Digital Marketing or similar
