We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead who can manage a team coordinate product exhibitions and drive sales across various locations. This role requires someone who is passionate about jewelry highly organized and excited about travel. The Sales Lead will oversee all exhibitionrelated operations ensuring smooth sales transactions managing stock and capturing valuable market insights.
Requirements
1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 4 setting sales targets and ensuring they are met.
2. Exhibitions & Events: Travel to exhibitions as per the calendar set up displays and manage all onsite operations.
3. Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage customers showcase products understand their needs and close sales.
4. Market Insight: Analyze and understand regional preferences to tailor product selection to market tastes.
5. *Inventory & Stock Management: *Ensure the right products are available for each market; handle stock responsibly.
6. Cash Handling: Manage cash flow during exhibitions ensuring accuracy in sales reports and handling.
7. Operations & Reporting: Provide daily sales and stock reports maintain organized records and address any operational issues that arise during exhibitions.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in sales field sales or a similar role in retail or exhibitions.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
3. Willingness to travel extensively across the country for exhibitions and events.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for customer engagement.
5. Detailoriented with a focus on accurate cash handling and stock management.
6. Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize sales.
