Our Client a Beauty/Skincare company is seeking an enthusiastic and resultsoriented Sales Executive to join their dynamic team at a leading skincare brand. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales increasing brand awareness and creating exceptional customer experiences through various experiential sales & marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends areas for improvement and actionable insights.
- Set ambitious sales goals and take proactive steps to drive growth.
Experiential Marketing:
- Plan and execute experiential marketing initiatives such as product demonstrations popup events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing efforts.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints fostering loyalty and longterm relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador demonstrating indepth knowledge of products and embodying brand values.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and seamless shopping experiences.
- Address customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance analyses.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience preferably in skincare beauty hospitality or personal care.
Strong knowledge of experiential marketing principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for connecting with customers.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
Indepth understanding of skincare products ingredients and industry trends.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting sales data for strategic decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
