1. Deploy conventional and creative ways to source for right Clients for existing products according to the target market.
2. Generate leads and convert to sales within the shortest possible time and maintain good conversion ratio.
3. Ensure agreed loan disbursements targets are met
4. Review loan requests and assess client s financial status.
5. Explain the different types of loan and credit options available and terms of the services to customers.
6. Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants credit history corporate financial statements and other financial information while ensuring proper documentation
7. Maintain records of loan application
8. Review loan agreements to ensure they are complete and accurate according to policy.
9. Monitor existing loan of clients: follow up with customers to ensure they meet their repayment obligations promptly
10. Customer Service: ensure customers receive high quality service before during and after service delivery.
11. TurnAround Time: follow through to ensure all requests applications and customers queries are processed/dealt with in record time.
12. Maintain 95% retention rate of existing customers
Requirements
1. 3 5 years verifiable experience in business development/sales/marketing roles
2. Hands on experience with lending procedures and products
3. Ability to create and interpret financial spreadsheets
4. Good use of Microsoft office tools
5. Experience in Credit sales/Public Sector (IPPIS) loan/Insurance Product is an added advantage
