Your Day to Day

As a Field Sales Manager you will be the face of InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa in the market cultivating relationships and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to attract highvalue clients including corporate accounts government entities travel agencies and event planners. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients understanding their needs and presenting our luxury offerings in a compelling manner.

What We Need From You

Ideally youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Proven track record in a sales management role preferably within the luxury hospitality sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence highprofile clients
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and its dynamics
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet or exceed targets
