Responsibilities:
Create marketing strategies to generate leads through various online platforms and social media.
Learn and use our CRM (Customer Relations Manager) to manage your lead generation and training.
Conducting phone or Zoom interviews.
Engage in continuous online training calls provided weekly.
Lead by example with a positive attitude developing and nurturing your own team.
Managing and being accountable in creating your schedule.
Communicate with your director to keep yourself accountable.
Offer support and mentorship assisting others in achieving their personal and business goals.
Competencies:
Conduct research to develop marketing plans and platforms for online advertising.
Follow guidance from our international leadership team.
Proactively handle challenges with a solution oriented mindset.
Work independently with motivation and selfdiscipline.
Possess strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
