Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
On time and optimal consolidation of materials to be shipped together to minimize freight costand maximize service level
Process the necessary documents required to export Customers shipment
Prepare outbound documents as per Ministry of Transport required by Consignees.
Valid Certificate Of Origin & Harmonized Code in system vs supplier invoices
Forward export cargo details to appointed Freight Forwarding Agent
Expedite Emergency orders (EMOs) within the given timeline
Coordinate with warehouse administrator to ensure packing list is send to operation to facilitatethe smooth outbound operation
Job Requirements:
Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Some logistics and freight knowledge
SAP / WMS knowledge will be an added advantage
