Summary:Manage the overall City License Revenue Occupancy business development strategy and its implementation while supervising the business development team.

Actively promote the centres drive business growth and maintain standard of services.
Maintain a good and lasting professional relationship with clients and business partners
Perform duties in a professional knowledgeable and disciplined manner
Manage and achieve targets
Possess knowledge of market trends
Business Development & Sales
Generate workstation sales volume and value through the development and implementation of a structured and targetdriven strategy with disciplined and proactive attitude towards marketing and networking.
Attract and develop new inquiries to the centres for closing.
Actively network on behalf of the client among Real Estate Agencies Chambers of Commerce Government Bodies Professional Services firms and MNCs.
Executive Leadership
Identify challenges and provide solutions to the team.
Lead by example set and achieve personal and teams sales targets and activity KPIs.
Understanding of Business
Understand and forecast performance trends (license revenue & occupancy)
Understand the importance of accuracy in reporting.
Communication Skills
Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships to support the business goals.
Develop and maintain partner relationships to support the business goals.
Communicate between departments and oversee the implementation of SOPs
Work closely with the Operations team Accounting team and IT team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
At least 10 12 years of successful sales experiences and management experiences in relevant industries or job roles.
Fluency in English and local language
Energetic sociable and targetdriven
Great interpersonal communications and networking skills
Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment as well as the initiative to work hands on
Ability to identify new business opportunities to build strong sales pipelines
Ability to maintain relationships with clients affiliates and key industry contacts
Ability to negotiate with decisionmakers
