Summary:
We are seeking a Korean bilingual Operations Support Specialist in Cartersville GA to optimize and drive improvements in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends develop strategic business plans and monitor key performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment are essential. Preferred qualifications include a bachelors degree and experience with warehouse MHE. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package for fulltime employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends industry benchmarks and internal performance metrics to pinpoint areas for operational improvement and identify growth opportunities within warehouse operations.
- Develop and execute business plans with clear objectives actionable strategies and financial projections aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency and performance.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse productivity operational efficiency and cost management.
- Prepare comprehensive business planning reports for senior management providing insights on market trends strategic initiatives and future projections.
- Lead and oversee warehouse business planning projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate across departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
