Job Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist at ELT Corporate you will play a key role in supporting the data enrichment process within our Zoho CRM and other applications with Zoho one. You will ensure accurate and complete profiling of leads and clients assist in research activities and support the sales team by updating and enriching client data. This role also involves reviewing sales recordings and providing valuable input for sales training. You will work closely with various teams to maintain uptodate and reliable information in our CRM system directly contributing to the effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Enrichment and CRM Management:
Support the data enrichment process within the CRM system ensuring all client and lead profiles are complete and accurate.
Research and gather information on potential clients and leads using online resources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Regularly update CRM profiles ensuring all fields are populated correctly to support sales and marketing efforts.
Conduct discovery calls with clients if needed to gather the necessary information to complete CRM profiles.
Sales Support:
Listen to sales call recordings and extract relevant client data for profiling purposes.
Ensure that sales call recordings can be effectively used for future sales training and reference.
Assist in preparing reports based on completed data entry tasks and CRM updates.
Communication and Reporting:
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to gather additional information as required.
Provide clear and concise reporting on completed tasks and data profiling activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Learning and Technology:
Stay curious and motivated to learn about CRM systems Zoho ERP functionalities and how they relate to business operations.
Support the team by improving processes and systems to enhance data management and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 0 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role. Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc.)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) or quick technology learner.
Comfortable with internet research and data collection from various online sources
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
ProblemSolving: Ability to research independently and find information to complete data profiles.
Eligibility Criteria:
0 1 year of experience in a data entry administrative or CRMrelated role.
Commitment to learning new technologies particularly within the Zoho ecosystem.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive attitude and selfmotivated to contribute to team success.
Good communication skills and comfort with client interactions if required.
