At Productsup we are looking for a talented Catalog Data Manager to provide an Aclass client experience from the point of contract signature onwards.

In your first 3 months you will:

• Gain a firm understanding of the Productsup platform and familiarize yourself with our use cases and global client base
• Accumulate indepth knowledge about our platforms use case and understand the ins and outs of the project management work around them
• Get up to speed on all team internal processes
• Mastery of internal tools and ticketing systems (JIRA Zendesk)
• Support Feed Managers with client requests and proactively monitor client accounts

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Create detailed Health Check Reports for Executive Business Reviews with CLevel executives and technical as well as nontechnical stakeholders while tailoring your messaging delivery to all the individual needs
• Independently manage client relationships and assist customers with daily requests
• Assist our Implementation team with up new client accounts
• Assist in troubleshooting client issues and be able to develop and implement solutions
• Have an ongoing exchange with our Product team about platform improvements

What you bring to the team:

• 13 years of professional experience in clients success client support or a similar client servicing role in an enterprise SaaS company
• Ability to problem solve and come up with efficient solutions to complex problems
• A good understanding of ecommerce performance marketing processes and systems (databases data models) and/or online advertising
• Experience with REGEX XSLT & complex XML structures will be considered a plus
• Willingness to work in a matrix structure and collaborate across multiple departments
• Strong communication skills and an affinity to project management
• Flexible independent committed and resultoriented way of working with strong interest in techrelated topics and the enthusiasm to become an expert in Feed Management
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
