Job Title: Operations Manager (HR Sales & CrossDepartmental Workflows)
The Operations Manager will play a key role in coordinating and improving the
workflows between the HR Sales and other departments ensuring smooth and
efficient operations that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role
requires an individual with excellent organizational skills strong interpersonal abilities
and a deep understanding of both HR and sales processes. The Operations Manager
will work closely with department heads to design and implement systems that enhance
productivity and support employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee HR Operations:
o Work closely with HR to manage recruitment onboarding and employee
engagement processes.
o Optimize HR workflows including performance management.
o Develop strategies for employee retention and professional development.
2. Support Sales Operations:
o Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and work to
resolve them.
o Monitor sales metrics and work to improve KPIs.
o Implement training and development programs to ensure the sales team
meets its targets.
3. Optimize Interdepartmental Workflows:
o Act as a liaison between HR Sales and other departments to ensure
aligned objectives and smooth information flow.
o Design and implement processes that foster communication and
collaboration across departments.
o Address bottlenecks and work proactively to resolve crossfunctional
issues.
4. Data and Process Analysis:
o Analyze data from HR sales and other departments to identify areas for
improvement and set targets for each deparment.
o Use metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and drive datadriven
decisionmaking.
o Present regular reports to senior management highlighting key
operational metrics and improvement areas.
5. Change Management and Process Improvement:
o Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows
across departments.
o Develop training programs and materials to support new processes and
systems.
