Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to oversee our outbound sales process. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in managing teams effectively. This role involves leading a team of 1012 sales professionals to achieve targets ensure excellent customer engagement and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead mentor and motivate a team of 1012 outbound sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance using key metrics providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in communication sales techniques and product knowledge.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and work towards streamlining the sales workflow for better efficiency.
Customer Interaction: Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and performance improvement.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
