Job Title AI Lead Google Cloud Architect
Location PAN India
Experience 9 15 Years
Notice Immediate to 45 days
Requirements:
Lead and manage AI/GenAI projects from conception to deployment.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards.
Develop and implement AI models and algorithms.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Mentor and guide AI engineers and data scientists.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Provide regular feedback.
Identify opportunities for AIdriven innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with executives to align AI initiatives with the organizations vision.
Oversee data collection preprocessing and analysis.
Ensure data quality and integrity.
Implement data governance and security measures.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including software developers product managers and business analysts.
Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Build partnerships with external research institutions and AI communities.
Implement best practices for AI development and deployment.
Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
Experience
5 Years Proven experience in AI and machine learning development.
7 Years Strong background in software engineering.
3 Years Experience leading technical teams and managing AI projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or scikitlearn.
Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and statistical methods.
Experience with Google cloud platform and big data technologies.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
