Job Description
Role: EPM Cloud Techno Functional Consultant ARCS and FCCS
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Location: Any DC of Infosys
Work Mode: Hybrid

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Cloud TechnoFunctional Consultant with expertise in ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service). The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring managing and troubleshooting various EPM modules with a focus on ARCS and FCCS working with data forms metadata reporting and integration tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud (ARCS & FCCS) solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and customize ARCS for transaction matching balance explanations and workflow approvals.
Develop and maintain FCCS applications for financial consolidation intercompany eliminations and currency translations.
Work with finance and accounting teams to optimize financial close and reconciliation processes.
Integrate Oracle EPM Cloud with various ERP systems (Oracle Fusion SAP etc.) using Data Management (DM) FDMEE and REST APIs.
Develop rules calculations and automation scripts in FCCS and ARCS to streamline workflows.
Ensure compliance with IFRS US GAAP and SOX financial reporting requirements.
Build financial reports and dashboards using Oracle Smart View FR Studio and Data Management.
Provide enduser training documentation and support to business teams.
Troubleshoot issues perform impact analysis and work closely with IT teams for resolution.
FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service:
Create and Manage/edit Metadata hierarchies and ownership data.
Create and manage/edit Data Forms along with rules attached to the forms.
Create and manage/edit FR and Smart view reports.
Establish SV connection and create adhoc analysis sheets.
Run process like Consolidations Translations BD refresh Validate Metadata and resolve issues.
Create and manage/edit load locations mappings and load rule.
Able to load data exchange rates and trouble shot any failures.
Able to validate data at high level and drill down in case of any differences found.
Able to backup and restore application.
Good to have skills (very difficult to get in midlevel resource but must have for senior resources)
Able to understand the implications of change done to metadata and do the impact analysis.
Able to take steps to improve performance.
Able to add & manage substitution variable as per new functionality added / updated /
improvements done Oracle.
Use configurable rule to add new functionality.
Add and manage/edit custom rule.
Able to validate data at detailed level analyze and reconcile the data.
Able to run and troubleshoot processes/task in process manger.
Integration using EPM automate.
ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service):
Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements.
Experience in implementing at least 2 E2E Projects of ARCS covering designing creating Solutions testing configuration & data integration
Configuration of various attributes in ARCS: Segment Process Risk Rating Frequency Account Type Aging Profiles
Experience in working on Account Reconciliations Formats and Profiles Sound Knowledge on both Transaction matching and Reconciliation Compliance
Sound knowledge in EPM Data Integration/Data Management in creating Integrations locations etc
Sound knowledge on automation for the data load backup etc using both REST API and EPM Automate (batch scripting in windows)
Ability to understand the data flow in data warehouse and design the solution based on the business requirements
