Job Requirements
Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer
Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads
Identify potential customers reach out to them with business proposals etc
Followup via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries
Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements
Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fastpaced environment to execute sales activities
Performing administrative tasks such as filing data entry and answering phone calls
Requirements :
Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage
Must be driven resourceful and collaborative
Min Diploma holders. Degree in electrical or electronics will be an added advantage
Possess the right attitude to learn and support
No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role
