Manage and service assigned accounts to meet sales targets.
Respond timely and promptly to customer inquiries feedback and comments.
Preparing proposals and presentations to effectively showcase the academy s offerings to prospective clients with the goal of generating leads.
Coach and enhance the sales skills of the Sales Team.
Create and implement business plans aimed at achieving revenue and profit targets.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation activities marketing programs and customerfocused events as well as related marketing events
Review assess and develop pricing strategies; as well as provide prompt and accurate quotations.
Identifying creating and following up on new accounts. Establishing relationships with key accounts in your designated area to identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
Building strengthening and optimizing relationships with clients prospects and partners.
Periodically monitor and evaluate the effectiveness success and ROI of training programs and report on findings.
Perform other duties relevant to this position.
A bachelors degree in marketing education business or a related field.
Good computer skills and familiarity with database management.
Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication.
Strong experience in B2B Sales especially in the academy field. Experience in academy services related to TIC products is a plus.
Knowledge of both traditional and modern training techniques (such as mentoring coaching onthejob training classroom instruction elearning workshops etc.).
Excellent analytical interpersonal communication and people management abilities.
Resultsoriented and capable of working independently under high pressure.
