Your Daily Tasks
- Provide empathetic informative and solutionoriented support to individuals seeking assistance with menopauserelated questions including symptom management lifestyle adjustments and treatment options.
- Educate callers about the physical emotional and hormonal changes associated with menopause offering evidencebased information on symptom relief nutrition exercise and overall wellness strategies.
- Assist in scheduling consultations or followup appointments with healthcare providers including doctors specialists or therapists specializing in menopause care.
- Advise individuals on services and products beneficial for managing menopause symptoms such as supplements therapies and lifestyle programs.
- Understand the unique challenges of menopause and provide compassionate support recognizing its emotional and physical impact.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions ensuring all client inquiries and actions are properly documented.
- Collaborate with internal teams including healthcare professionals to deliver a seamless experience for individuals seeking medical support and advice.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal health information in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
- Provide proactive followup support to ensure individuals have the necessary resources and guidance throughout their menopause journey.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
Educational Background
- Graduate of Nursing RN (Philippines) is preferred; NMBA (Australia) is an advantage but not required.
- Certification in customer service or medical assistance is a plus.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service healthcare support or patient advocacy is highly preferred.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing menopause or women s health issues is a strong plus.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of menopause including its symptoms treatments and emotional impact is highly desired.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to navigate healthrelated information effectively.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.
Empathy & Compassion
- Strong ability to empathize with individuals experiencing menopause and provide sensitive nonjudgmental support.
Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
Technology Proficiency
- Proficient in customer support platforms healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).
Languages
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
