Job Description

Virtual Loan Asset Management Analyst

We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Virtual Analyst. In this remote position you will be responsible for assisting with our loan asset management processes. The ideal candidate is proficient in real estate and/or finance principles possesses excellent communication skills and is adept at utilizing software systems such as Microsoft Excel Word & PPT.

Responsibilities:
  1. Draw Process Management:
    1. Oversee and document the draw request process for bridge loans.
    2. Coordinate with thirdparty reviewers to ensure each draw request complies with loan documentation requirements.
  2. Asset Management Fee Tracking & Review:
    1. Verify and reconcile Asset Management (AM) fees against remittance reports.
    2. Monitor bank account transactions ensuring wire transfers align with expected amounts.
    3. Conduct quality control checks on numbers and report accuracy.
    4. Send monthly summary emails with AM fee expectations.
    5. Maintain and update the AM fee tracker upon loan closings.
  3. PostClosing Obligations & Monitoring:
    1. Update trackers with postclosing requirements and obligations.
    2. Update the AM calendar
    3. Send email reminders related to postclosing tasks.
    4. Conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with postclosing requirements.
  4. Financial & Rent Roll Management:
    1. Request track and spread yearend financial statements and rent rolls.
    2. Maintain organized records and provide timely updates on the financials for each asset.
  5. Customer Service:
    1. Interact with team members and third parties both via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Follow Up:
    1. Organized and diligent to follow up internally and externally in a persistent yet polite manner for requested documents and tasks.
  7. Quality Control:
    1. Special attention to making sure details are correct (both numbers and words).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting Finance or related field.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PPT)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
