Position: Legal Sales Representative
Location: Remote (Latam or South Africa)
Salary: $1500$2000 USD/Month

We are seeking a motivated Legal Sales Representative to identify connect with and convert potential clients for our personal injury practice. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs providing consultations and ensuring a seamless transition into our legal services. This role combines empathetic client interactions with sales expertise to support individuals at a challenging time in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients evaluating their needs and guiding them through initial consultations.
- Educate clients on our services aligning solutions with their personal injury cases.
- Track client interactions and manage leads effectively within the CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly client acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with attorneys to transition qualified leads smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of empathy and clientfirst attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic understanding of personal injury law (a plus).
