Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Operation Analyst will be crucial in optimizing sales performance by providing datadriven insights managing CRM systems and streamlining sales processes. This role involves developing and maintaining sales reports forecasting and supporting pipeline management while ensuring data accuracy and efficient operations. The Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with sales leadership marketing account management and customer success to align processes and assist the sales team with customer agreements and compensation plans. The ideal candidate will help drive sales operational excellence and support overall revenue growth initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports in Hubspot to track KPIs pipeline health and revenue targets.
  • Monitor the sales funnel and provide regular lead progression and pipeline metrics updates.
  • Manage data hygiene within Hubspot ensuring accurate tracking of deals and customer data.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis to understand key drivers of successful and unsuccessful deals.
  • Identifying opportunities through data for new business such as identifying new markets or industries that could use the company’s products or services
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast sales set sales quotas and assist with preparing monthly commissions.
  • Identify areas for automation and process improvement to enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
  • Work closely with the account management team to align sales processes and ensure smooth team handoffs.
  • Support the sales team by streamlining processes and ensuring data accuracy in Hubspot.
  • Analyzing market trends
  • Presenting and distributing data interpretations

Minimum Requirements:

  • Getitdone attitude befitting a role with numerous and shifting responsibilities
  • Must have experience with Hubspot
  • Highly detailoriented organized and processdriven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex insights in simple terms
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 23 years in a sales operations role
  • Strong interpersonal skills maturity and good judgment and ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
  • Must be able to work under pressure and juggle multiple channels of communication simultaneously
  • Must be able to think critically and creatively and make decisions to solve a wide range of complex customer issues
  • A team player who can work crossfunctionally and support multiple stakeholders
  • Prior experience with educational technology products is a plus but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Eager to learn grow and adapt in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency
