Job Description
Position : Social Media Marketer
Working Hours : MonFri; 75 PM PST (few hours of overlap if NEEDED flexible upon completion of training)
Holidays : PH Holidays observed
Pay Range : USD $ 900 $ 1500 (Philippine candidate)/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval)

Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and onbrand graphics for social media using Canva. Ensure all graphics align with the brand voice and engage our target audience.
- Copywriting: Write compelling and engaging copy for posts that capture attention and encourage interactions. Adapt the style and tone to fit different brand voices and campaign objectives.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate to develop content strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns that resonate with audiences on Instagram and Facebook.
- Scheduling & Posting: Use social media scheduling tools to plan and schedule posts on Instagram and Facebook. Ensure a consistent posting schedule that maximizes reach and engagement.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to DMs and comments in a timely professional manner. Maintain a positive interactive presence on all channels helping foster community engagement.
- Administrative Support: Assist with email correspondence and provide additional support as needed for ongoing campaigns reports and other admin tasks.
- Knowledge of Squarespace would be an asset.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of social media marketing experience preferably with a focus on Instagram and Facebook.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and an eye for design
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Portfolio Requirement:
Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing marketing materials they’ve created for social media. The portfolio should include a variety of content types such as graphics captions or past campaigns to demonstrate design ability and brand alignment.
