Position: Solutions Generalist/General Executive Assistant

Working Hours: Starting at 10am PST Monday to Friday 40 hrs per Week
Salary Range: $1.500 $2.000 USD monthly

About the Role
The Solutions Generalist/General Executive Assistant will play a key role in driving product adoption building seamless onboarding experiences and managing automation workflows. This customerfocused position demands a strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a strong foundation in AI and automation. You’ll work independently while collaborating across departments to create efficient customercentered processes and foster longterm user engagement.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Strategic Onboarding & Growth: Design and implement AIdriven onboarding experiences to enhance user satisfaction and retention from the initial signup phase onward.
- Workflow Automation: Develop and oversee automation workflows to streamline processes for both users and internal teams ensuring an efficient and smooth user journey.
- Customer Experience Management: Act as a primary support for new users proactively addressing questions troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Growth Strategy & Analysis: Conduct customer and market analysis to identify growth opportunities adjust onboarding strategies and optimize the SaaS customer journey.
- AI Tool Integration: Research test and implement AI solutions that improve user engagement operational efficiency and product offerings.
- Collaboration: Work crossfunctionally with product marketing and customer success teams to align goals execute initiatives and share customer insights that inform product improvements.
Requirements:
- Background in SaaS ecommerce customer success or operations ideally within a startup or AIfocused environment.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools automation software and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
- Proven experience in process automation workflow creation and onboarding design
- Ability to manage projects independently prioritize tasks and adapt to a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customercentric approach to problemsolving
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to learning and taking on new challenges
- Experience in social media marketing or customer support is a plus
