Position : Data Analyst / Data Scientist
Working Hours : Monday to Friday; 96 PM Adelaide TZ/ eventually flexible work
Holidays : Opportunity for additional benefits like paid time off for special projects
Pay Range : USD $1500$1800 (Philippine candidate)/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in AUD

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join our dynamic eCommerce team. Your primary role will be to dive deep into our Magentobased platforms analyzing data to drive business decisions and enhance our online presence. You'll be at the heart of our operation ensuring that every byte of data translates into meaningful strategies that propel our growth and refine our customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in doing Data Analysis/Data Scientist role.
- Experience in the Magento platform is required or any related platform.
- Data Extraction and Analysis: Utilize SQL and other tools to extract data from our Magento systems. Analyze data to uncover trends patterns and insights that influence business decisions.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create intuitive and comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders providing them with actionable insights on performance metrics customer behavior and operational efficiency.
- Optimization Recommendations: Collaborate with the eCommerce and marketing teams to use datadriven insights to optimize website performance customer journey and marketing campaigns.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to improve user experience and increase conversion rates across our eCommerce platforms.
- Predictive Analytics: Apply predictive models to forecast sales trends and customer behavior enabling proactive business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
- Experience with Magento at least 2 years is highly desirable
- Proven experience in data analysis preferably in an eCommerce setting. Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL Excel or other tools.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with machine learning techniques such as regression classification clustering etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI etc.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating skills and experience
