Are you a digital marketing expert ready to lead endtoend marketing efforts We're a small but growing property management company looking for someone who can own our performance marketing strategy and elevate our social media presence. If you're handson creative and have experience in real estate or property management marketing we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Take ownership of our social media platforms ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Work closely with our team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Ads Meta Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and analytics.
- Experience managing social media accounts and crafting content strategies.
- Selfstarter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Experience in property management or real estate marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
