Position: Email Sales Specialist
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am5 pm CST
Salary Range:USD (The final offer will depend on the client's approval and assessment of the candidate's overall qualifications)

Position Overview:
The client is seeking an experienced and proactive Email Sales Specialist to enhance their prospecting efforts and help us land more clients. The primary focus of this role will be building and managing email outreach lists initiating cold email campaigns and supporting lead generation through effective outreach strategies. The specialist will play a key role in growing our client base by engaging with companies that are looking for marketing hires or agency services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Build targeted cold outreach email lists using tools like Seamless.ai.
- Conduct research to identify qualified prospects in key target markets.
- Manage and update databases for outreach ensuring accurate data entry.
Cold Email Outreach:
- Initiate and manage email outreach campaigns to engage with potential clients.
- Develop personalized email templates and strategies for effective cold outreach.
- Track outreach performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement and response rates.
Email Marketing Strategy:
- Contribute to the overall email marketing strategy including segmentation and list building.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for email outreach and lead nurturing.
- Suggest and implement tools/technology for efficient outreach and tracking (e.g. CRM email marketing platforms).
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and ensure alignment with our marketing services.
- Identify opportunities for followup and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Support occasional cold calling efforts as needed to further engage potential clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in email sales or outreach preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of prospecting and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with sales tools and platforms such as Seamless.ai CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting persuasive email copy.
- Selfstarter mentality with the ability to recommend and implement new tools and techniques for effective outreach.
- Strong research and data entry skills to maintain uptodate and accurate prospect lists.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with cold calling and other sales outreach methods is a plus.
- Knowledge of the marketing services industry and understanding of how businesses seek marketing talent and agencies.
