Job Title: SDR Team Leader
Function: Sales
Reports To: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Remote
Role Purpose
As the SDR Team Leader you will manage a team by motivating setting goals and assessing performance to achieve the company's intended results. You will also work closely with business owners within the hair and beauty industry adding value by assisting businesses with Booksy onboarding educating providers on its benefits and closing accounts with aligned business needs. This role requires both product expertise and accountability for managing your own and your team’s pipeline of providers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach & Qualification:
- Personally reach out to and qualify inbound leads via outbound calls SMS email and other tools.
- Meet up to 30% of the sales goals expected of regular representatives to lead by example.

Team Management & Coordination:
- Manage coordinate and support the work of the sales team.
- Create an engaged work environment based on respect good relationships and cooperation.

Product Expertise:
- Become an expert in Booksy’s solutions and processes.

Performance & Goal Management:
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and team KPIs metrics and monthly sales goals.
- Ensure commercial processes are followed throughout the sales pipeline.

CrossDepartment Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to improve work quality and team performance.
- Represent your team within the Sales department and during companywide meetings.
Requirements

Experience & Education:
- 4 years of phone sales experience (Inside Sales or SDR).
- 2 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
- Experience in technology/SaaS sales; familiarity with small business clients preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English (C1).

Tools & Tech:
- Experience with Salesforce for generating charts and reports.
- Familiarity with Google Suite Slack Salesforce and Vonage.
