Job Title: Recruitment/Hiring Manager
Location: Remote (Philippinesbased)
Schedule: 95pm UK time
Salary Range: $1000 $1500/month
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment/Hiring Manager to join our growing team and drive our talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hiring preferably a former hiring manager who can identify and attract top talent for key roles in Software Engineering Sales and Influencer Marketing. As the business expands you will manage the entire recruitment process ensuring that we bring in the best candidates to fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates using LinkedIn and other talent platforms focusing on both local talent in London and globally.
Candidate Screening: Vet screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit for the company’s needs.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate firstround interviews with the founders for qualified candidates ensuring a seamless experience.
Recruitment Strategy: Utilize a headhunting approach prioritizing direct outreach and engagement with passive candidates over job postings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment preferably as a hiring manager or internal recruiter.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with potential candidates and build relationships.
TechSavvy: Familiarity with recruitment tools LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Adaptable: Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule aligned with UK business hours (95 GMT).
