About the Role(Client): We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines expertise in digital marketing with handson customer support ensuring we deliver the best possible experience to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Develop implement and optimize multichannel digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
Monitor and report on campaign performance utilizing data insights to refine strategies.
Manage social media channels create compelling content and engage with followers to build brand presence.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with business Goals.
Customer Support
Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner ensuring a positive experience for all users.
Provide direct support to our community on Discord by answering questions troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
Work closely with the team to address common user concerns and improve overall user satisfaction.
Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of social media platforms their algorithms and best practices for content performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with Discord or similar online community platforms is a plus.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced Environment.
We’re offering a 35 days $100 paid trial for eligible applicants to showcase their skills to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
