Position : Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst
Working Schedule : 8AM 5PM EST
Salary Range : $1500 $2000(the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Position Overview:
The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for supporting the acquisition and investment team by conducting detailed due diligence and analysis of potential real estate investments. This is a remote position providing flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background experience in real estate or finance and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for real estate acquisitions including analyzing property financials market research and site inspections (virtually or in person as required).
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities by reviewing property information financial statements leases and market trends.
- Develop and maintain financial models including cash flow projections and return analyses to support investment decisions.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams external vendors and consultants to gather necessary documentation and information for due diligence processes.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for properties under review or acquisition.
- Assist in the preparation of investment packages and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in real estate analysis financial analysis or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Real Estate Business Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with real estate due diligence processes and market research tools is preferred.
- Experience with manufactured housing communities or multifamily properties is a plus.
