Job Description
As a Business Analyst you will:
Lead and manage business analysis activities for projects in the banking domain ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for Deposits Cards and Core Banking systems.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories to guide development teams.
Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to improve banking processes and systems.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project goals and scope.
Ensure the delivery of highquality business solutions by working closely with crossfunctional teams.
Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support testing phases by validating system functionalities against requirements.
What You Bring to the Table:
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
Proven expertise in working with Deposits Cards and Core Banking systems.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A keen understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in analyzing complex business problems and developing actionable solutions.
Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering detailed requirements.
