Job Description
As a Generative AI Business Analyst you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI particularly Generative AI (GenAI) to address business challenges.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.
- Develop and present compelling business cases including return on investment and impact assessments.
- Promote awareness understanding and adoption of AI technologies across teams and departments.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of AIdriven solutions by connecting Business Data Science and IT teams.
- Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with TenneT s broader goals for efficiency innovation and sustainability.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Master s degree in Data Science Business Administration Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in IT business analysis or consulting.
- Expertise in the latest AI technologies particularly Generative AI.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to discovering and promoting AI opportunities.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Analyze and challenge business requirements to uncover AIdriven solutions.
- Draft clear datadriven business cases that align with technological feasibility.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring mutual understanding.
- Champion AI innovations and drive digital transformation within an organization.
- Navigate crossfunctional teams to achieve practical results.
