Job Description:

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Work closely and collaboratively with sales management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Schedule and conduct needs qualification calls and product demonstrations with prospects
  • Research accounts identify key players generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

Capabilities:

  • Strong problemsolving skills and demonstrated ability to overcome objections Previous SDR experience and familiarity with the human resources space is an asset
  • Superior communications skills excellent verbal capacity and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation
  • Competitive and selfdriven
  • Energy passion humour compassion and enthusiasm
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work in a highenergy sales team environment; team player. Enjoys task based and goal based work



Eligibility:

  • Experience in CRM tools and softwares will be highly anticipated
  • A selfstarter with a track record of time management proven customer service skills and exceptionally organized.
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email voicemail MS Office)
  • Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business or Liberal Arts is a must
  • Positive and energetic phone skills excellent listening skills strong writing skills
