Position: Admin Assistant Working hours: MF; 8 am to 5 pm EST Salary:USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
Phone Support: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls providing excellent customer service to patients and addressing their inquiries.
Patient FollowUp: Contact patients for followups regarding their treatment plans and progress to enhance patient satisfaction.
Appointment Management: Assist in scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments to ensure optimal clinic workflow.
Data Management: Utilize CRM and electronic health records systems to maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various lowlevel administrative tasks to support daily operations and enhance clinic efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM and electronic health records systems is preferred; however a willingness to learn is essential.
Previous experience in sales or cold calling is beneficial but not required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive clinic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
While knowledge of medical terminology is not required a background or interest in the medical industry is a plus.
