As our Service Desk Analystyoull be the goto person for all things tech. From setting up user accounts to managing our custombuilt platform youll wear many hats and tackle diverse challenges. This isnt your average IT gig youll be at the heart of our salesdriven company ensuring our team can meet tight deadlines and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the first line of defence for IT issues managing our service desk like a pro
  • Set up and manage user accounts laptops and printers
  • Administer DNS using GoDaddy and manage Zendesk campaigns
  • Support our remote teams with meeting room technology
  • Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT projects
  • Learn and master our inhouse developed platform

Skills and qualifications:

  • Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst
  • Expertise in Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Experience with Apple Remote Desktop JAMF and Zendesk administration
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to document your work clearly
  • Strong communication skills including working with nonnative English speakers
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
  • Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!
  • Microsoft and Apple certifications (desirable)
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS900) (desirable)
