Position: Customer Care Specialist
Working Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM 5 PM (PST) 12 AM 8 AM (Philippine Time)
Salary Range: $1000$1200/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers and resolving inquiries or feedback via email online reviews and feedback forms. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers providing timely empathetic and professional responses that reflect the values of Reuben’s Brews. Your role will contribute directly to our brand reputation and customer loyalty by ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely friendly and professionally via email online reviews and feedback forms.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews on platforms such as Google Yelp and social media responding promptly to both positive and negative feedback.
- Provide accurate information about our products availability and brewing process.
- Resolve customer issues including order problems product inquiries and general feedback ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
- Track and document customer interactions ensuring a detailed record of customer concerns and resolutions.
- Analyze customer feedback trends and collaborate with internal teams to provide insights that can improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a professional and personable tone in all written communications ensuring that the company’s brand values are reflected.
- Assist in improving customer service processes and identifying areas for greater efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tailor your tone and style to reflect the brand.
- Experience with managing customer reviews on platforms such as Google Yelp Facebook or TripAdvisor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage your time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving mindset and a passion for helping people.
- Proficiency in customer service software such as Zendesk Freshdesk or similar platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of craft beer and a passion for the brewing industry is a strong advantage.
